Trending @Accenture; Promotion from level 10 to 9 in Accenture, what could be the maximum hike percentage they can provide (8 LPA -current CTC)?

13%.... CTC between 10 to 13.... As avg CTC for a level9 is arnd 12.5 as per mkt STDs and this is pertaining to Accenture Operations folks... Doesn't know what the actual avg CTC for other sector folks

I've been hearing it's max 13% but there are outliers too.

Take my case for example. I got promoted from CL 10 to CL 9 in this cycle. Received 25% hike New fixed now stands at 14.49L
