Trending @Accenture; Promotion from L11 to L10
I joined Accenture in Jan'22 so it's more than 2 Years, since then i didn't get any increment either. Is there any possibility to be promoted or maybe some increment in March month. Thoughts, suggestions, advice please..!!
@DrabSwitch @EasyValue - if there is no promotion in this cycle then can we ask for a salary hike in this quarter just to match the market condition & not more than that?
My manager has said that the promotions are not to be done this quarter in any of the projects. It’s really heartbreaking. Last quarter also no promotions no hikes were given and same this quarter as well

If you joined in Jan'22 you were eligible for hike in Nov'22. Check with your manager if they say do not have much expectations due to this and that then seek immediate roll off as you'd be standing on the sidelines this year too with min hike

Have a word with the manager & tell them you are expecting your promotion in this cycle considering your performance in the project.
