I got promoted from test analyst to lead. But didnt recieve any compensation revision letter yet. How much time it takes to get the compensation letter and how much hike i can expect?

You will get the revised letter by quarter end. And based upon your previous rating you will get the hike. Ideal hike is ~17.5% in jl4 and jl5.
