Trending @Infosys; Promotion from jl3 to jl4

Is there anyone who recently got promoted to jl4? Everywhere I am seeing different salaries. Can anyone tell what's exact lpa we will get? As of now it's 4.2 then what will be at jl4?

if you are promoted from JL 3 TO JL 4, expect 34k-37k inhand salary. Don't have high expectations from infy in terms of compensation

I read somewhere that the package will be 6-7lpa that's why I asked for clearing doubts.

Promotions are tricky. Expect around 5-6 LPA at JL4, but it varies. Performance and manager's mood play a big role. Don't count on it being automatic.
