Trending @Infosys; Promotion from JL 4A to JL 5B at Infosys
Recently I had got a promotion letter from my current 4A(SACon) to 5B(Consultant) role. Wanted to know what is hike percentage usually offered at Infosys on an average?
I was also looking for offers outside. As we know Infosys offers role change on quarterly basis and the change will reflect only in the mid of next quarter. So, I was confused whether I should continue my job search or should I wait till the hike rollout and then start the search for opportunities after seeing to the percentage ? Please suggest
