Promotion from ITA to C3A
In TCS , in any project, they started initiating promotion?
Is it good time to ask for promotion when I am about to travel abroad. I am worried because in hand salary is very very less after advance deduction once I travel... Currently I'm earning 725000 lpa in India :(

Completed 5yrs journey in TCS but still not got promotion from C2 to C3A can I ask for promotion will I get.

They may not consider promotion since they are doing onsite for you.
If you are getting onsite, someone else in your team will get a promotion. That's how your manager maintains balance.
