Generally a fast track promotion for exceptional performers are given in 2 years, regular promotion is given after completion of 3 years.

First they nominate your names then take approval from BU leads and HR leads, CHRO. Post all approval the promotion takes place

Any idea on When will the promotion letters be released? Apart from the criteria that you have mentioned, is there any other criteria to find out if we are elegible or have been nominated?

Promotion timelines can vary. Typically, it takes around 2-3 years. Discuss with your manager for clarity. Performance and project involvement matter. Be proactive in seeking feedback.
