Promotion from C2 to C3A?

Your overall experience should be min 7 years

I'm in same situation HR told me there will be no promotion or hike before completing 2 years in TCS

Three bands required

Criteria is you need two performance band post that only you are eligible for band promotion and both your performance band should be above C. Note: your anniversary rating doesn’t count that means it will be around three in TCS for first promotion.
