Promotion from C1 to C2 grade guidance

Hi, I have 3 years of experience and my project experience is 2 years. Currently I’m working on a single person which handled 2 persons and having more workload. I planning to approach my manager for promotion. Could someone help me on how to get the promotion and what is the procedure?

Unfortunately the policy for promotions has changed. Now it will happen only after 4YOE. I too am stuck with 3YOE. However, your manager can raise your promotion request as an Exceptional Case but you need two consecutive A bands to be considered.

4 YOE as in TCS 4 YOE or total 4 YOE??

bro take my advice as pinch of salt, nothing will happen he will say some motivating shit and bundle you up with more work with a promise of promotion in next cycle.
