Trending @Cognizant; Promotion from Associate to Senior Associate what will be the hike percentage?
Hi all,
My Manager told me that he is working on my promotion (Associate to Senior Associate) and allocation to a project ( as i was in bench and selected to a project) and the project which im going is under Promotion eligible and he told that the date of promotion and details of the pay will be shared by HR.
How much hike i can expect and how much time might take to get promoted?
IJM is on hold
On 19th september an Approval email has sent by Engagement Delivery Lead on the IJM approval to the relates team but im yet to get an update from My manager.
And also the project which im getting allocated requires Sr. Associate. right now im in Associate level. I'm waiting for an update from my managwe
15% on gross compensation and incentive will be 70k

When you are searching for open positions in Talent market place you can see over there in the SO ID whether it is promotion eligible in green colour
Please switch the company asap. This organization has become pathetic.
