Promotion for this quarter
Does anyone have any idea about the promotion that has happened in this quarter or when it will? And how much increment will we get? I have 5yr 3month experience, still promotion is pending.

Promotion information not yet disclosed by HR. You need to check with your manager, he initiated your promotion or not, if not then ask him to initiate it. But after initiating promotion that will be get pending with HR and RTO can be impacted on promotion

No promotion during the appraisal period/quarter. If we get appraisal in this quarter then promotion will be in the next quarter July-Aug.
