How many months do they check for compliance to give hikes or promotion in any quarter? If promotion cycle quarterly, then do they check for compliance for past quarter or whole year?

I have been in the same project for a long time, comply with BTO and all other policies still no promotion or pay hike. Shit management and shit company.... I chose peace and left the organisation without any other offer in hand

Don’t expect promotion. Hike can be expected only if you are a good performer.

Tbh they do give out promotion even after being non compliant, i was non compliant for 1.5 year still got promoted to B1 from A5, it depends on how much your manager and project owners are pushing for you
