As ASE’s are now not promoted based on techleap or default.
It was also mentioned that ASE’s should have MAL above 15 from now on and it is completely based on manager.
How promotion will be done at our level? Can we ask for promotion this december cycle?

I have joined Accenture in April 2023, till now I did not get any promotion to analyst, i have asked they are keeping saying something is there so we can't give you.
