Promotion for C3A
Hi Guys
I'm waiting for my promotion from C3A to C3B . It's been more than 8 years since I joined TCS as AST. But still my promotion didn't happen, has anyone got promoted as ASOC recently. Please input your comments.
It all depends on recommendation, last 3 bands should be at least B
Yes ,.all my last 3 years band was B only . When I ask my manager, he is saying now they are doing only for Juniors , not for the senior associate and I have to wait until Q1. Not sure if I can trust his words.
Seniors will be promoted wef 24 twice in a FY and as of now its on hold as there is huge backlogs for juniors as per the latest update from HR’s and management
Promotions happened for seniors also in Nov. in this quarter from Jan promotion did not happen for seniors
