I've Joined Accenture in Nov 2021 @ CL11. My total experience is 5 yrs. Is there a chance I get promoted to CL10 ?

You might get a promotion in June 24 but Nov 24 you must be getting a promotion

Criteria for CL11 to C10 is at least 33 to 36 months of experience. For a lateral hire it may go down to 30 months. That is why I am sure, but his project feedback also plays a vital role. If he is not performing well (which I highly believe is not the case) then it may take more than 36 months but still not more than 40 months. After that, he is simply wasting his potential.
