My current role is Software Quality Engineer and I got an Outstanding rating last year and my manager told me that i will promote you in the October quarter. For the last 2 weeks I have been getting mails from IJP Quality Engineer Analysts roles. What does it mean? Can i expect promotion in the next quarter?
