Trending @Cognizant; Promotion eligibility

I joined in 2022 June. My last rating was 2. I have completed 2 years last week. Now only got a proper project with 100% billability and the work are yet to start. So..will I be able to get promotion this cycle..if not this time when will be the next cycle be? Then should I talk to my manager regarding this promotion or will they do by themselves..?
