I received a rating of 2 for 2024, but it was based on the project situation rather than my actual performance. I was released from the initial project within a week of joining and was on the bench for a short period before being allocated to a better project.

Since then, my performance has been strong and met all required criteria.

Given this, can I still expect a promotion in October?
