Hi I joined as A5 (September 2022) and after 1 year I got promoted to B1 in my fresher appraisal cycle (in October 2023). Am I eligible for promotion in this quarter if my rating for 1 both the times?

@Riseandshine I am also looking. But as per information by 31st employees will receive appraisal letters.

Good one!! I asked this because a guy in my project git promoted from A4 to A5 during he fresher cycle and then in next quarter got promoted to B1 although his performance was average. He was even released from the project.
