Hi guys need ur guidance..Joined Cognizant FTE on Oct 21st 2022.Previous YER is 5. Since the nomination window for PA to A is open am I eligible for promotion now..!? Can I ask my manager if my name is in the list.?? Or when exactly I'll be eligible for promotion?? Kindly let me know ur opinion on this.Thanks
