I have 10 years of total experience and I am still at CL 10. My current MAL is 25. Is there some automatic promotion to level 9? I have also met the required criteria and have performed really well in my whole team. Please share your thoughts.

You should talk to your manager and explain that you need the level change. Hopefully you should get it. Again it's based on the manager and your performance..they might come by with an excuse stating we don't have a budget and all 😂..if you feel you don't get it..look for other opportunities 😔
