Promotion

I have total experience of 3.2 years in TCS. I got A band in all my previous appraisals. Few weeks back, my manager told me that he will give me promotion. Later, manager called me and said for promotion they will be considering working hours in office. I work from office 4hrs only. So, am I eligible for promotion?
