Promotion doubts

I was nominated when I was in my old project. after a month I was moved to other project with out gap. Will there be any chances of getting promotion. I have completed >3years here.

There is no such 4 yrs rule.

The chances of promotion in a new project is very less. You can follow up. He wont say No also.

But dont have high hopes

But what happens if we are nominated in old project and pending with hr status

@UnnaturalSweater no use. It will stay pending with hr unless your new manager gives recommendation.
