Today one of my team mate received promotion. We both joined on same day and I’m the one who works more than her and and help her all the time. My manager also know that and he gave promotion to her instead of me. When I asked the reason he said 1st Preference is for Female Employees. What the heck is happening in Accenture! My manager simply said wait for next cycle.
Same has happened to me too, despite working on more features tirelessly giving beyond 100% i still did not get it and a female colleague on same level got it, blatant discrimination, my people lead said its cos of female quota, shame on them
Next cycle also there is bo guarantee. In next cycle he will say no budget or another guyis much more experienced and in waiting list
Same happened with me I am P3 advance and p3 in in primary and Secondary skills, 14 mainline certifications, Great feedbacks on workday and from client, 3 successful development project got nothing and the girl who joined later then me and literally know nothing her work I do got the promotion she is p1 in primary
That's true, last year my SM also mentioned it in Nov but then I was promoted in this June
