Promotion delay at corporate level
My promotion was raised in 2023 around February, I have still not received any promotion. It shows stuck at "corporate level" to my boss. I how is the promotion being decided at corporate, who is in charge, and how it is kept for 1 and half year for a deserving candidate who has been cleared by supervisor, group head, hr, head hr etc. Some other people have received promotions who were also waiting for such long time but mine did not come. I am to be C3a from C2.
Is 3 year completed for you at Tcs?
I didn't completed even 2 years in TCS but my manager initiated the promotion and informed me , actually i just asked for once..!!! Waiting for the suprise.
i am in c2 grade after on campus recruitment in CTO and have been in C1 for 4 years and C2 since 2019. Now waiting for C3a. My entire group has already made every move for promotion but it is showing "pending with corporate" no one knows who is corporate and how and when to push them further for the waiting promotion.
