Who makes promotion decisions at Accenture? Is the Talent Discussion the only forum where People and Project Leads pitch to Talent Leads in the presence of HR?
Or is there also a discussion between Talent Leads and Group Leads? Is anyone else part of this process?
Alternatively, is the decision pre-defined months in advance? If so, who is involved in that discussion?
Or is it just MDs?
Or is there something else?
It starts with every business group getting a particular budget for increment and promotions at each level. Then du leads the managers from that du have one discussion where they literally fight to get their people the promotion.
Now here is where your Mal, your involvement, your things like punctuality apart from your skills also matters. Your managers should have all the ammunition to fight for you. And also depends on how good a ob they do for it.
