Hello Guys, The discussion that happened for promotion this month, when it will be released? Lead is saying September cycle but this means the promotion will be given in August and from 1 September applicable? Also what is probable hike % from 10 to 9

I have performed exceptionally well. They gave me Ace awards but for promotion they told if openings are there then only we can give and they're like in September it doesn't happen. I am level 11. Can u suggest? I feel I'm player
