I have not had a great rapport with my New Team Lead and the Feedback that he has given to me to my Manager's are not good for the Nov-Dec Promotion Cycle . What should I do ? Should I look out for another project or go back to my old team where I can enhance more of my skills ? Please suggest .

Move out and find another project asap. Yet these guys will give bad feedback to your new manager. My five years wasted at Accenture because of these kind of people
