Can someone please tell me i will be eligible for july 2024 promotion cycle? My date of joining is September 2021 I got first promotion on January 2024 (only 35k increase) Then i recently got increment in April 2024 ( now my ctc is 4.7Lpa) So i will be eligible this month or it will be next January?
How many increments you are expecting brother in a year?? There are ppl who didn't get hike from past 2 years even after getting 1st rating... And you r taking about your 3rd hike in a year..
Same with me. I joined in 2022 and no promotion hike
It was my pending promotion i guess because starting 2 years i got no promotion because i was on bench after that in January 2023 i received promotion only 780rs (inhand) increased with post (Senior software engineer) and in April i got increment in which 3000rs increased (inhand) that's it so both promotions are negligible my inhand is still 31,800 after 3 years
I joined CG in 2022,,in project since 8 months,, currently in A4 grade, will I be eligible for promotion???
And also in getsuccess and I don't have any reflections form for 2023 ,, it is showing review only for 2022...anyone know why it is so?
