Promotion cycle is open or not?

First of all, sorry for posting this. I just wanted to know if promotion cycle is open or not so that I can have a conversation with lead or manager. Because I don’t want to ask them and be in an awkward situation

It's ur right to ask them if you are working hard, they are not giving from their pocket. Always be loud and clear for yourself, because silence is your own enemy.

Now coming to the question, they haven't announced anything related to promotions so it's still on hold.
