Promotion cycle in 2024
Can anyone advise, when the upcoming promotion cycle will open 2024,my c2 to c3a is pending.

I am due for C1 to C2. But there's a lack of clear information on what the process exactly is.

Totally depends on the manger whether he will promote you or not
He will tell n number of reason if he his not willing to promote you
New reason I heard in the qtr
1 ) Your RTO is not upto the mark or you are non complaint in RTO
2) Your promotion has been done in the system but is pending with HR or Group leader

My promotion is pending from past 8+ months, My manger giving the reason as it's pending with HR .
