Trending @Capgemini; Promotion cycle for laterals

I joined CG as a B1 resource 11 months back. This year I was assuming I wouldn't get any rating but somehow my lead informed me you will get the rating and in February I got a 3 rating. However did not receive any hike in March without any explanation , my manager casually told me "you joined just few days back, why are you expecting a hike so soon". Meanwhile these guys are making us work almost 11 - 12 hrs everyday on an average and sometimes on weekends too. So just asking when can I receive the next promotion, is there any specified time period only after which one can get a promotion. I feel that with the increasingly detoriating work culture , is it worth continuing here any more or should I look for a switch? ( I have almost 4 yrs of work ex and am in FS )
