I joined Accenture as a fresher in Feb 2021 at CL12 and was promoted in May 2022 at CL11. When can I expect another promotion?
From CL11 to CL10, one needs to complete 24 to 30 months of service. Given that in May 2024 you will be completing 24 months, you can expect promotion in June 24, Sep 24 or at max Dec 24. I would suggest looking out for other Jobs if you are still not promoted by Dec 24.
That totally depends on your performance and on your manager if you are the best performer you are going to get promotion in the next appraisal cycle if you are not you need to wait for default promotion that may be after 2 years.
I am an Apex Award and Brilliance Award holder, and have got client appreciations as well..So I don't think performance issue would be there.
U have to wait for 2yrs for Default promotion from CL12 to CL11...
