Trending @Accenture; Promotion cycle and pip.

When will the promotion nomination end? In Acn . Jan 31st or March 31st? And if I resign now.is there any chance ,they put me in PIP? If I will be in the pip,then I need to leave after the pip end? Or after 3 months of notice period?? Someone please clarify..
