My 30months gets completed on 21st sept.My manager told me that hr has shared the list and your not eligible since your 30months is not completed and also asked me go wait for next quarter
This is bad. As per Q3 eligibility list, it should counts from 1st July to 30th September. You can check with HR once on your eligibility.
Same with me I completed 30 months on 1st September. Still not in the list because they shared the list in August. They are playing many tricks to postpone promotion.
How to know if manage has nominated my name or not
If they nominated also they won't say that, they won't disclose wait for few days you will receive email from HR
Yes, fingers crossed,, this time 8 triple checked all the criteria and i tick all boxes , they better not come back with same old lies " will check back & get back to you" qnd then the next quater comes again....this loop needs to be broken!
