Very frustrated been here for 5years, when will promo cycle open?

C3B kyon banna hain?
In-hand kam ho jaayega

Kam salary mein jyada kaam karna padega
Mujhe koi logic samjhe nahi aaya promotion maangne ka ?
Don't hope, no promotion for seniors atleast one year and for junior level promotion windows will open after March
Suggestion is to switch the company or onsite if you are looking for money... Promotion is just a joke in TCS and that promotion hike increment will be deducted via QVA..if they give you promotion that means they are expecting your voluntary exit in future with the worst hikes and QVA with extra work pressure. If you still stuck in company they will force layoff with some reason. In TCS only leadership and ground level will be benefited..middle level c3a and c3b will be scapegoats always..when the ground level reach middle level they will be scapegoats.. so this way only leadership will enjoy with this swaet shop profit..
No promotions are there for any grades this year so forget any hope

There are no promotions for this year. Also c3b means you go into senior level which is currently risky. Mostly c3b people got laid off. Also, c3b receives less qva than C3A. So if you calculate, your salary won't increase much.
If you feel your salary is low. Try to switch. If you want to work in TCS, wait till April
