is the promotion cycle shifted to june 2025 this time, as i see my managers doing talent discussions and all now itself. is there any insider news, any AM's or Managers?

There guys did not give any hike in last 3 years, we tolerated. But now they are just putting 1 in every few persons in ip.

The promotion cycle is shifted to June. But don't get your hopes too high. The company is distributing a handful of promotions and that too with a 5-10% hike.
