Promotion cycle

I have joined tcs in Feb 2023 with 2.2 YOE and now that I’m completed one year in TCS with Experience of 3 years , now I currently have designation of C1 as systems Engineer. When can I get next promotion (IT Analyst)? I’m new to promotion cycle and wanted to know how this works and how many years are required ? Kindly let me know
