Hi All, whom shall we approach for asking to nominate for promotion? Who can do this manager or L1? Based on what criteria they can nominate us? If someone is aware then pls explain.
I asked my manager he said about formal email for previous appraisal ratings... Rest he said nothing..I've been asking the same since feb
There’s no reply to email or team ping.. if we ask for approval. They don’t even seen that msg.

What were your ratings in the last 2 appraisals? If it is anything below 4 then chances of getting nominated for RBP is low. Based on band, there's also the myskillZ certification which is mandatory for eligibility. Read the RBC promotion process policies. Cover all grounds of eligibility and then have a discussion with your lead and manager. If they don't get back to you in 3 business days, talk with your HR.
