Dear All... I would like to ask promotion but don't know how to proceed. Can anyone help me here about the procedure.
I complete 18months with March'25 in Accenture and I have overal 7+yrs experience. I'm doing good at current project since my joining (single project) and I am like a critical resource now.
Please help me with the procedure.

You should have a one-on-one with your supervisor. understand the scope in your project. Ask what your account expecting from you and express your aspirations. Importantly, don’t forget to drop a MoM email including your project manager.
