Trending @Accenture; Promotion chances in march/may ?

I am an ASE joined in Feb 24 , 24 months of MAL. Working in a good client account for about 1.5 years now. People lead always says that I have good feedback from the client. But still no promotion. What are the chances this cycle ?

March promotions are already announced yesterday.. if you did not get a call from your PL the you are not promoted yet. All the best for May

Accenture is trash for ASE now, I joined accenture in Oct23, In a project since 2yrs even having the good feedback from PL, they didn’t promoted me yet😤
