I joined Accenture on 1st Dec 2022 as ASE, can I expect a default promotion in December cycle? My project already has 4 analysts and I have 3 colleagues joined along with me expecting promotion.

Promotions usually depend on performance and project needs, not just tenure. It's best to chat with your manager for a clearer picture

Managers dont decide promotions for ASE. My manager said central team will decide these stuff. Mostly its 24 months tenure and you will be promoted next cycle.
