Question for those who joined Accenture as freshers at Level - 11.

Is there a default promotion after 2 years of experience? If yes, was it written in your offer letter? Otherwise how can we ask for promotion?

there’s nothing about promotions in my offer letter. i’m at CL11. honestly you can talk to ur PL + HR. but i guess it depends on budget, how much ass kicking you’ve done during the period etc. i feel like people have been stuck on CL 11 for a while- some even 40+ months :(
