If some personal reasons I ask for roll off before 2months of default promotion will it affect my promotion?? Or will my promotion be neglected?
I don't understand what is the problem here
The problem is that I want to relocate due to my parental health issues as my dad is bedridden due to accident happened in June..and being only person as supporters for my parents.....now portal is not working....as of now only bubaneshwar is available..
Last and last option i was thinking of roll off if they start forcing me to relocate which is not at all possible for me....
My base location is Chennai where I am going to complete 24months by January....and my default promotion will be in November...so last option for me is roll off 🥺🥺
Okay sorry to hear your situation here. But maybe you should get confirmation if there is any connection between a default promotion and base location.
I believe that a default promotion should happen in any case.
Also, start looking for a switch so that by January even if you don't get promotion you can atleast go to another company with much high salary.
Default promotion will remain same

Hello sir,I don't have any issues with the project.. But the uncertainty happened with my life due to which I am unable to relocate to the base location though I am going to the nearby Accenture office...I will be completing 24 months at current base location by January 2025...
Same situation is with me ,currently level 12, I was about to get Roll off next month , but manager said you'll get default promotion in sep cycle ,so need to complete more 6 months in current project or roll off may affect my promotion, IDK what to do now
