Why do you want to get promoted? Just to get your bonus reduced ? Just to get less hikes on Bands ?

Ohhh. Really? But I heard that, promotion increases your CTC atleast by 15%.

At max by 15%. In this 15% 7-8% for fixed rest all variables.
