Promotion C2 to C3a

Hii guys

If we got the promotion from C2 to C3a how much hike I can expect?

Currently I am working under pay 😔. I heard from the internet the standard payout for C3a is around 12 lpa to 18 lpa. But my current C2 ctc is almost half of this standard package of C3a. How much hike I expected?

You get only 15% increment and that goes to variables only. They provide the promotion like fool
