Anybody as an EP candidate got promotion in first nomination only(means manager nominated for the first team) from C1 to C2. Just wanted to know there earlier experience. Please do let us know your year of experience total and at the time of joining TCS and within how much year you got promotion.

Mate. There is only one nomination(recommendation) .
Promotion will be approved when recommendation is provided by the manager.
No such thing as first nomination, 2nd nomination.

People say there manager has approved but pending with HR so next quarter they again send nominations
