Depends on a lot of factors.. you unit performance, your own role, your skillset demand, and performance as HR and senior mgmt sees, current budgetary constraints, company financials etc. For my C2, the hike was less than the typical ‘A’ hike of 8-9%. Could be better for you depending on situation.
