Promotion
I am waiting for C2 to C3A promotion from last 6 months. I have 13 years of experience but due to personal reason / responsibilities I have missed 2/3 appraisal cycles. My Supervisor saying that we have already mentioned your name list. He is not approving SPEED promotion initiation request. Could you please someone help us me here. If promotion request will get expected in Next Jan 2025 month and what will be the effective date in system
