I've been at level 12 for 2.4 years. Any chance of a promotion next quarter - june?
Can you check if all the mandatory trainings and year 1 and year 2 at Accenture are complete. Also are you registering for techleap courses and giving assessments ?
@Peaceforever what is teachleap how I can find the relevant course. I am a cloud administrator with 5 Years experience working on a project with 2+ years with zero hike and promotion
Level 12 is entry level for Engineering graduates with 0-1 yr experience. I am not sure why you are still in lvl 12 with 5 yrs of experience. Coming to techleap for level 12 employees it's an oppurtunity to get promoted to level 11 there will 3 assessments which can registered once we complete our 1st year at Accenture. Clearing any 1 of the 3 assessments will be considered for level 11 promotion considering chargeability and project budgets as well.
Ideally, people at level 12 will get mandatory for 21 months there might be a chance to get it, have a word with your people lead once.
One joined at level 12 by default gets promotion on 24th month. Like I joined at level 12 on Aug ' 22 and got promoted to level 11 effective from Sept '24
